Welcome to the Ski Pilates FUSION website – the Victorian High Country’s first Alpine Pilates studio opened in 2008. Ski Pilates FUSION is located within the luxurious Onsen Retreat + Spa at Dinner Plain, in the heart of the Hotham snowfields and High Country. New for 2011

This year sees the commencement of our ‘new’ and dynamic Mat and Small Apparatus classes for small groups. These will include Triadball™ and Ring and Roller classes.
We will also be offering casual ‘drop in’ classes for Mat and Equipment Pilates.
Equipment and Mat classes for our guests and locals continue all year round.

Ocean Spray Women's Ski Week
Fine tune your technique at the 2011 Ocean Spray Women's Week from 1 - 5 August. Ski with like minded ladies and receive tips from our best female instructors. Optional sessions on women's equipment, ski alignment and tuning, pilates, plus a massage at the White Spa.
